The Patisserie on Main is an authentic French bakery that brings a touch of Parisian charm to Lake Oconee. Specializing in freshly baked bread, pastries, cakes, pies, and savory delights, The Patisserie on Main offers an exquisite array of baked goods crafted with traditional French techniques and the finest ingredients. The Patisserie on Main's story began decades ago when MAD Hospitality founder Preston Snyder met Chef Edouard while they were both working at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta under the direction of world-renowned Chef Guenter Seeger. Last year, Preston invited Chef Edouard to see what was on the culinary horizon. After observing the innovative MAD Hospitality concepts and hearing of the potential for a bakery in Madison, Chef Edouard eagerly jumped at the opportunity to showcase his talents at The Patisserie and left Atlanta and relocated to Madison within two weeks!

Under Chef Edouard’s guidance and expertly crafted menu, The Patisserie on Main delivers a true taste of France to Georgia’s lake country. The bakery's offerings include an impressive selection of French breads, from crusty baguettes to soft, aromatic loaves. Delightful pastries, such as buttery croissants and delicate éclairs, are crafted to perfection, alongside an assortment of tarts and beautifully decorated cakes. Each item is a testament to Chef Edouard’s skill and passion for authentic French baking.
